How long are the physical therapy visits?


45min - 1hr usually but we will be mindful of your time requirements, endurance level & body response to treatment in determining visit length. We also try especially hard to be on time.




Do we accept your insurance? Heres a list!


We accept ALL auto related, personal injury & Workers Compensation insurances. Please contact us if your insurance is not shown We accept the following: Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, GIC \ Unicare, Harvard Pilgrim, Tricare, Tufts Navigator, Tufts PPO, United Health, Masshealth Standard & Masshealth Neighborhood We do NOT accept the following: BMC Tufts HMO Tufts Medicare Preferred United Health Senior Health Plan




Do I need a Doctors Referral?


Depending on your insurance yes but Massachusetts is a Direct Physical Therapy Access state meaning for some insurances it is not a requirement.





How to Maximize your visit

What do I need to bring to therapy?


To ensure that your first visit goes smoothly please bring the following: - Insurace card - Claim number for workers compensation - Doctors prescription - Any MRI or xray reports or discs Please come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork to maximize your evaluation time.




What should I wear?


We are a hands on clinic that will be stretching & massaging the affected area. Please wear loose clothes so we can reach all painful sites. We often stretch legs so please no dresses or skirts if possible.




Should I take pain medication prior to therapy?


If your Doctor has prescribed medication, absolutely! Reducing pain & inflammation will only help your progress.
