The 3 Phases of Care

  1. Passive : Increase range of motion, reduce pain and muscle guarding using cold, heat, massage, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hands on stretching, massage and exercises.

  2. Active:  Exercises will increase strength. More progressive  joint mobilizations and stretching 

  3. Stability : Advanced exercises & manual techniques aimed at improving functioning on the job, fitness and daily living tasks to retain bio-mechanical harmony long term.
